Creating an account at DECTRIS CLOUD is easy! Access app.dectris.cloud/sign-up and quickly sign-up utilizing your ORCID (recommended) or Google account. The "Create your account" box with 3 options for sign-up is shown in the image below:

You can also sign-up by manually inputting your profile information. Keep in mind that you benefit the most if your DECTRIS CLOUD account is bound to you regardless of your current affiliation.

Yes, you can! DECTRIS CLOUD supports and recommends ORCID sign in, as your ORCID account is permanently associated with you and will always allow you to access your data and experiments at DECTRIS CLOUD, regardless of your affiliation.

Can I use my institutional account to sign in to DECTRIS CLOUD?

Yes, you can. However, DECTRIS CLOUD recommends signing in utilizing accounts that can be permanently associated with you, such as ORCID or Google.

Can I change the email address associated with my DECTRIS CLOUD account?

At the moment you will not be able to modify the email address to which your account is associated with by yourself. However, DECTRIS CLOUD support will be happy to assist you in any needed modification when possible. If you need help, please contact suport@dectris.cloud.
