Who should I contact if I need support with the HUB?

In case you have issues with the HUB in your lab, you can request support via the web application via the "?" button where you can find the option "Contact support". You will be prompted to fill out a form in which you can also attach any files that may be helpful when solving the issue. In case you prefer, write to support@dectris.cloud, and we will promptly help you. 

How can I send feedback and report bugs?

Use the "?" button on the bottom left corner of the web application and find the "Feedback" option on the bottom toolbar. Use the screenshot or screen recording options to accurately report any bugs or features. Alternatively, contact us via feedback@dectris.cloud . We are happy to hear from you!
