The information you provide will be immediately forwarded to our support team, who will get back to you as soon as possible.

- Via the web application: Click the "?" button in the bottom-left corner and choose "Contact Support". You’ll be prompted to fill out a form, where you can also attach any files that might help us troubleshoot the issue.
- Via email: If you prefer, you can write to us at support@dectris.cloud, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
